Enter the Mantic universe! I have been playing Mantic Deadzone on and off ever since the first Deadzone kickstarter released decades ago. Only then I realized that I have never posted anything about it at all. Ha Ha. Guess I really got carried away into the Mantic universe. Anyway, Mantic Deadzone is a squad based skirmish game.
In Mantic Deadzone, I collect and play the Enforcers. The Enforcers are the elites soldiers for the Council of Seven. When Mantic had the second Deadzone kickstarter, I got into the Veer-myn, yes, space rats with laser guns. Well, they have mutants rats and zombie rats as well!
Last year 2022 I got interested in Mantic Firefight, which is an army level battle game. I have enough basic Enforcers and Veer-myn to expand into Firefight. Just the Firefight starter sets and I have enough for a complete army. In another universe game wargame, a starter set will not get you anywhere to start, haha. Have not really had any Firefight games yet, hopefully this year, they will find their way into the battlefield. Guess though I have these armies for a long while, not all are painted. The usual issues with us gamers, painters and collectors, cheers!
