40K Grey Knights Rhino – updated

Previously Grey Knights were under a codex called Demonhunters. This includes Grey Knights, Inquisitions, Assassin and Stormtroopers. Ever since Grey Knights had its own codex (cant recall which edition was that, haha), the design style of the icons and symbols of the tanks were different from the old Inquisition base theme. Have always been particlular with the design and symbols, only recently that I decided to update my Grey Knight Rhino and Grey Knights Landraider to the current theme.

In the old Rhino I did (see below), I added lots of accessories and Inquisition icons to the Rhino tank itself.

For the update, I decided to remove all those accessories and icon, maintaining the same colour scheme, but update it to the current Grey Knights codex design. When the accessories were removed, it was left with glue stain and dent holes, I had to fill the stain gaps and holes with putty and sand the surface flat back. Then after I painted over with the original Citadel Bleached Bone colour.

With my Grey Knights Rhino updated, along with my Grey Knights Landraider updated too, I am currently working on my Razorback with the same colour scheme. Will post once I complete that! Cheers!

Just a typical guy who has made painting miniatures part of his daily routine life. As long as I have time in my hands, I will paint. Even with few minutes to spare at times, I will still pick up my brushes and paint a little. Nothing beats the satisfaction when you have your miniatures all done and and ready for battle!
